3. How many hours does it need to be worn?

Almost 20-22hrs per day. You can remove it while eating foods and brushing and wear it the rest of the time.

4. Can I drink or eat anything wearing them?

A strict No!!. Only plain water can be drunk wearing the aligners. Hot water or any drinks can warp the material. So avoid them. You can remove the aligners and eat your meal.
